We do not collect hotel loyalty program numbers at time of booking as our discounted rates may not be eligible. To see if you are eligible for benefits, please provide your loyalty number at the time of check-in with the hotel.

We do offer the ability to book hotels for same-day check-in, but please note that availability may be limited or unavailable.

You can provide your special request at the time of booking; however, we are unable to guarantee special requests such as roll-aways, early check-in or check-out, and accessible rooms as they are accommodated at the sole discretion of the hotel and may incur additional charges. Once your booking has been completed, we recommend you contact the hotel directly with your special request.

To check in, you only need to provide the name of the primary guest along with a valid photo ID and a credit card in the name of the primary guest for incidentals. Please note that each hotel has unique policies, and some have a minimum check-in age of 21. Please reference your email confirmation for the reservation details.
