Please note that many car rental companies will charge a fee for One-Way Rentals to return a car to a different location. Please be sure to view the full vehicle terms and conditions available on the checkout page to confirm policy details for One-Way Rentals and verify fees directly with the car rental provider. Note that One-Way fees will not be included in the price of your rental and are payable at the time of pick-up.

Age requirements to rent a car vary by car rental company as well as the location of the rental. Most rental companies require a minimum renter age of 21 and may also charge an underage renter fee for drivers under 30 years old. Please confirm the age requirements as well as the full rental policies by viewing the vehicle terms and conditions available on the check-out page and in the product Terms and Conditions on your booking email confirmation.

We are unable to request add-on products or services at the time of booking. Requests such as GPS, car seats, ski racks, etc. can only be added at time of rental and are subject to availability. To inquire about special equipment for your vehicle, please contact the car rental company directly. Please note that add-ons and special equipment charges are additional and payable directly to the car rental company. As an added benefit for our members, we do offer an independent insurance option through Generali/CSA as our preferred provider, which provides quality coverage at a lower price. This option can be purchased at time of booking on the checkout page.

Vehicle details are provided on your booking email confirmation and will provide the make and model (or similar) for your rental. The exact vehicle make and model is never guaranteed and the vehicle type will depend on the availability of the car rental agency at the time of pick-up. For reservations where the make and model selected are not available, the car rental agency will provide a similar vehicle instead.
