To view your booking, visit “Account Summary.” Once in your account dashboard, click on “Booking Activity” on the left-hand side of the screen. There you will find a complete list of all upcoming and past reservations.
You can manage your reservations by visiting 'Booking Activity' in the top right drop-down menu. Here you can review the cancellation policy for your specific reservation. We recommend that you always review your reservation cancellation policy prior to cancelling. Please note, penalties may apply depending on your reservation's cancellation policy, as well as the date on which you initiate the cancellation. Refundable room types and car rentals may still incur fees if not cancelled within the refundable timeframe. Non-refundable rate types are always non-refundable and changes to these bookings are strictly prohibited. If a non-refundable booking is cancelled, all money paid will be forfeited. Refundable prepaid reservations can be canceled and refunded immediately but can take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If your Hotel or Car reservation was prepaid through us, the charges will appear on your statement as CXP-Travel Booking on your credit card statement. Flight booking charges will appear as the airline name on your credit card.
You can update traveler information directly from the checkout page when placing a reservation.

Some travel products, such as airfare, do not allow traveler name changes. Additionally, secondary users are not permitted on accounts. Please review the specific change policies for each booking type before making updates.
