Please ensure that all traveler names are an exact match with the name on their passport or government-issued photo ID. Name corrections are regulated by the airline’s penalty rules and, in line with international security measures, generally do not allow modifications to the name. Where a name change is required, tickets may need to be cancelled and repurchased. If the booking was made within 24 hours, we suggest you cancel and rebook with the correct name, which can be done directly on the airline website. You can access your reservation on the airline website by entering the airline confirmation code found on your booking email confirmation. If the airline is unable to help you, please contact us through Agent Chat, and one of our flight specialists will assist you.
If your reservation was made more than 7 days prior to your travel date, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours from time of booking with a full refund of the base fare and taxes with no airline-imposed cancellation fee. If your reservation was made within 7 days of your travel date, it is at the discretion of the airline and policies may vary by airline. Some low-cost carriers may have different timelines for cancellations and as such ability to cancel within 24 hours may be limited based on the carrier. Please check with the airline directly for the most up to date Airline Cancellation Policy. Changes to a booking with respect to number of passengers, travel dates, departure or destination can be made by contacting the airline directly or one of our customer service Agents through Agent Chat. You can access your reservation on the airline website by entering the airline confirmation code found on your booking email confirmation. All modifications will be subject to the rules of fare paid, including applicable fees and difference in fare. If a change is made to a nonrefundable ticket that results in a lower fare, the difference will be forfeited. Most airlines allow you to check in online starting 24 hours before departure. Be sure to check in directly through the airline’s website or mobile app. Once checked in, you can print your boarding pass or add it to your mobile wallet for easy access at security and boarding.
